Millennials at the Movies

When you work at a company of young engineers, you know there is bound to be more than a few comic book fans. This is especially true for us here at Millennial Software, as our team holds a certain excitement for these movies.

In 2022 we kicked off our inaugural Millennials at the Movies recruiting event.

We rented out a theater and gathered to enjoy Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. We had an incredible turnout and made long-lasting networking connections amongst new friends and peers. In fact, we came away from the event with a new hire who has been a valuable addition to the company. It also gave our employees a chance to meet with each other's families and interact as peers. At the time we were only working as sub-contractors and had employees at multiple locations, and this event allowed everyone to come together for a fun evening.

This year, we hope to continue the success of the previous year.

This time, we’ll join together to watch The Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3. Since the last movie event, we have grown from 10 employees to nearly 20. We’re excited to maintain this tradition and not only take the time to enjoy our friends and families for a relaxing movie night, but to see if we come away with any new Millennials.
